Track & Trace

Supply chain and traceability

As a result of implementing a traceability system linked to supply-chain processes, you can cover four key functions: identification, location, quantification and notification/alerts.
Identify objects for management purposes and to track them individually, and even invoice object-related services. Locate objects to guarantee supply chain visibility. Quantify performance to monitor the supply chain and adapt processes. Notify/issue an alert about an event, for example an important step or an exception, in order to trigger an action or process and hence guarantee optimal service quality.

These four functions are dependent on two types of IT tool: traceability data capture and identification systems, such as our mobile collect’n Deliver solution, and management and consolidation tools for processing this data, such as our Track & Trace Data Management platform. When combined, our solutions offer your teams, customers and partners ‘real time’ supply chain flow visibility.
